Extending a recurring Schedule Exception that takes place the same date and time for several weeks

We currently have scenarios where an employee attends a meeting every week for a year. Example: Joe Schmoe attends the same meeting at the same time every Tuesday.
Currently when we schedule these type of events, it is very cumbersome to create a weekly meeting for say 50+ consecutive weeks, even when using the copy feature in ARCOS. Even using the Schedule Exception button is quite labor intensive.
It would be nice to be able to set up a repeating/recurring schedule exception in the Schedule Record Modify screen. It would be nice to set the start/end time. The day the Schedule Exception would recur each week with the ability to select the number of consecutive weeks the exception would span out for. Select Save and Close and the event would be created for those consecutive weeks.
