More detailed sMART notifications

The sMART alerts that are auto-generated based on proximity to the destination could be enhanced and provide more details (Crew Leader, # of FTEs, # of vehicles, etc.).  Currently, the alerts just indicate the parent company of a contingent is within ## of miles of destination.  However, if there a multiple contingents that are part of a larger company, users get flooded with alerts without knowing what size contingent is approaching (without of course monitoring the dashboard).  It would be more useful to include the contingent details that are captured.
