Ability to Mark Days as 'Do Not Pay' for RosterApp Time & Attendance Users

Add the ability for Timekeepers to mark a shift on an employee's Time Card shift as "Do Not Pay", which will

suppress those hours and exclude them from accumulators, as long as it's performed during an open pay

period. Then timekeepers can select the "Do Not Pay" option from the pop-up menu which appears when

RIGHT+CLICKING on the selected day from the employee's calendar, confirm and the field is highlighted to

indicate that it is a Do Not Pay date for the employee.
