Would like Crew Manager folder structure to remain open from last time a perspective was loaded

In order for users to open a new perspective, they need to reopen the folder hierarchy/tree each time.  It would be more efficient if users can be presented the open folder hierarchy from the last time they opened a perspective.  This would be similar to how file folders in a Windows environment works when reopening files.
