Better Management of Connection Requests
Enhance the ability to manage connection requests. This is needed if the company's name was entered incorrectly or an invalid email addressed was used. This includes the ability to resend the email.

One other item that just came up... in the connections page, provide the ability to search by email address... instead of just company name.
If its not too late to add onto this one... I would like a way to mass communicate with all our vendors.. as an example, I wanted to let them know about the recent update that allows them to modify their company name after we have established a connection... but, their email addresses are not visible anywhere on the connection screens, which means i still have to maintain a spreadsheet to keep this information, and then manually copy & paste them into an email...
Stephanie, I like that suggestion about a way to mass communicate. I'm going to add that as a new topic (attributed to you).
The ability for a contractor to change the company's name was rolled out in late May. The ability to resend/update connect request emails is coming soon in July.
ARCOS has enhanced Resource Assist to allow users to edit the Responding Partner information
and resend the invitation. From the Connections tab, users can select any listed Contractor who has
not registered yet and edit their Connection Information within the detail page.
A Resend Invitation button has been added to the Connection Details page, allowing the Requestor to
resend the invitation again regardless if any edits were made.
Note: This option is only available to users with the proper permissions enabled.
I would add to this Jason... Improve the process for establishing a connection with multiple request teams within a utility. I envision a Connection Management screen with checkboxes - this should also be easy to manage on the Responding Partner side… without them having to 'accept' each one separately… since they are all with the same company, just different OpCo's in our case
