Pulling hotel room capacity in reporting function/ data extract

We measure our ability to respond to restoration incidents based in part on the number of commercial beds in a work area.  In ROD, we extracted the data and totaled up the beds in the work areas to determine if we had enough beds available (percentage of total) to support a restoration event of a given size.  It allows us to plan for bringing in logistics support more quickly when we know the area does not have enough commercial beds.
