Ability to clear user filters

When a user's session requires filters to be cleared, ARCOS Support must coordinate this function.  This can sometimes take a long time, and during a storm it can be an issue due to timing.

FirstEnergy agrees 100%  In the past few storms we have had, my team has had to coordinate between Support and the end user (sometimes off-hours) to get this corrected.  When this happens, system is rendered inoperable  until we get a 3 way call setup or Support contacts the end user.
