Allow for Resource Sorting in the Crew Panel

ARCOS is updating the SortBy logic in Crew Manager to allow for Resources to be sorted within the Crew Panel. Resources will be listed alphabetically or numerically in the Crew Panel based on the user’s SortBy selection.
