Integration between sMART and Crew Manager

Provide the ability to transition from convoys in sMART to crews in Crew Manager. Referred to as Convoys-to-Crews, this functionality creates a resource in Crew Manager based on the information contained in each sMART Active Login. In turn, the Active Login resources can be associated with single or multiple crews in Crew Manager. To complete the cycle, the Crew Name that is associated with an active login is display in sMART.
