Ability to assign OT reason when extending a shift

Currently our rule set is to require an overtime reason to be assigned, this works great when creating a shift, but does not when extending a shift.  If the rule is disabled, there are no options.  If the rule is enabled, the options do not display until after updating the shift when a conflict message appears and then you can add the overtime reason and comment.  This creates alot of additional work.  To have this available from the beginning would create a more efficient user experience.

It appears that this requested enhancement was made last year while working on a related change.  Please let us know if this is not working to your satisfaction.
