Mobile Admin - View Rosters in Callout Order
Currently, rosters in the Admin section of mobile are displayed in alphabetical order. Would adding the ability to see rosters in the current callout order be useful?

This would be very helpful. The lineman can see it correctly but the supervisor can not. It doesn't make a lot of sense and makes it harder to see on the fly or in the field when they only have their phone.
This has been reported by a few customers and is causing some confusion for them. Support can direct them to another screen to get the information, but having a uniformed look for the callout lists may prevent some confusion.
What is the other screen a supervisor can look up to get the callout order information? Need this for the new app as well

Hi Lori -
In the new app go to Admin>Group Schedules>Group By Rosters
Employees can go to My Account>Rosters and select the roster.
Hi Jason,
When the supervisor goes to Group by Rosters, it still puts the employees in alphabetical order . Was hoping it would show them in callout order.

Hi Lori,
My apologies! My roster just happened to be in the right order by last name so it looked exact. You are correct. The only way to see the current call order is to be a member of the list. My apologies for any confusion. This will still need to be addressed.
May we have an update as to when/if this will be addressed? It is a frustration for supervisors and can result in union grievances should overtime be offered to the wrong individual.
Hello all - We discussed the interest in this today. Kendra, your use case makes sense if I understand correctly. A supervisor doesn't necessarily run a callout in order to offer overtime work (which would use current roster order)... but instead wants to just refer to the roster order, in order to offer overtime work verbally. So - it's less about the schedule information and more about knowing whom to ask in current roster order. If that's the case - we think the best way to do this would be to add a Roster View function similar to the web to the mobile app. I created a new Ideabank entry for that one here: https://feedback.arcos-inc.com/communities/1/topics/544-add-roster-view-to-mobile-app
