Use "Callout List Based on Work Time" Option by Location

With having multiple companies underneath one company URL some of the options are required to be universal, but not all companies in that URL may use that setting. We would like to see the setting above be applicable by location and not a global setting. Only specific locations may use certain features that are currently global settings. We would like to see it under the Admin settings for rosters that way if they are chained only specific rosters follow the logic.
