Add Employees To a Callout list

It seems like it would be basic functionality to have the capability of adding an employee to a Callout list with the Mobile APP.

We greatly use the Future Schedule Assignment feature to place employees into On-Call lists. Being able to perform this task quickly with ARCOS Mobile would be extremely beneficial.

Craig,

Thanks for this request we also received a comment about users being able to put themselves on Volunteer lists.  Do you see this being an admin-only role or something that you may want to allow users to do as well?

We regularly place employees on what are on-call roster lists. We use your future schedule assignment tool to place an employee on call for the weekend. Then, after the weekend is over ARCOS removes the employee from the list at the specified time and a new employee is added and they might be assigned on the list thru the entire work week. Field Leaders often place employees on-call for these specified durations. Field leaders also place themselves on a on-call field leader list for the week or weekend. The durations vary around the state, but the future schedule assignment tool is something we use extensively.

Is there any further consideration for this functionality?

We have been rolling out the Mobile App to our field leadership over the past few months and every training session someone asks if they can place an employee On-Call via future schedule Assignment using Mobile.

It is definitely desired functionality.

Craig,

We have been focused on changes to the Mobile App to help with the end-user experience recently.  Being able to update rosters is still part of the vision for mobile. I hope as others are looking at mobile this item gets more votes and visibility.
