Filter By Supervisor Function

If an organization has 200 employees in Arcos and a supervisor only supervises 40 of these employees, currently they have to scroll through all 200 employees to locate those 40 that they are responsible for. I would like a filter function created within the Arcos application that enables a supervisor filter only on their employees. This filter would be available on each area and report in the application. This would dramatically increase the speed supervisors can make changes related to their staff.
