Report for Manually Added Punch In/Out

Presently, there is no report in Roster Apps that provides information on which supervisor manually added a punch in/out on behalf of an employee. The closest tool available is the Infraction Handling report that informs which supervisor authorized a manual request from the employee, but this report does not always represent accurate data as to which Supervisor added a punch in/out. To provide accountability and to prevent legal recourse, we ask that a report is created that provides the following information: Employee's name and ID #, Manual punch in/out time,  Date & time added, Supervisor's name and EE ID who added each punch.
