Make Mobile Login non-case sensitive for employee ID

Currently employee IDs used for login have to match exactly what is in the web system in order to properly work, and many times the user knows their login ID but not if it is CAPS or not. Please make the login id similar to the company id in that it is not case sensitive when loging in via mobile. Our company's API overwrites the employees ID with all Caps, then a change is made and saved via web it changes back to all lowercase.

Hello,

ARCOS Administrators have the ability to require the Web ID field for an employee profile to be
case-sensitive or not. A checkbox has been added to the Sys Admin > User Login Admin page, when checked the
Web ID will be case-insensitive.

That doesn't work for the mobile app. It is still case sensitive even though I have that checked.

Thanks,

Noah,

Can you do me a favor, when this is checked it makes the webid/username case sensitive.  Can you try with it unchecked to see if that has an impact.

Please let me know what you find and we can go from there.

Thank you,

I just logged in with both uppercase and lowercase. My issue is resolved,

Thank you!
