Warning When Re-lodging Previously Lodged Crew Members

Enhance the Lodging Assignment functionality within Crew Manager to provide options when assigning a member to a new hotel when they’re already assigned. Update the modal that appears to include the following options available to the user:

• Ignore/Skip Them - Skip the reassignment for the listed employee and they remain as
  originally assigned.
• Remove Assignments - Remove the original assignment and continue with reassignment.
• Cancel - Terminate the entire transaction.
