E-mail Settings to have an option to Cc: an email

We would like the option to have a column to Cc: another email.  For some locations, only the payroll/scheduling group makes edits, so having the reply to override set to the group email works well.  With other locations, this doesn't work.  The desire would be to have an additional "reply to option" field and an additional "reply to override" column so that an email that needs to be copied in can occur. This will allow for the default email to be responded to, but also to include a copy to the payroll/schedule group email.  Here is a mock up of the idea.
