Max Base Plus Trade Hours in Window

Currently in Company Admin Rule Sets the Max Base Plus Trade Hours only has a limiter for a week. We would like to add an additional rule set option to limit the Base and Trade hours within a window. Currently our maintenance policy requires a limit of 16 hours Base and Trade within a 24 hour period.
