Allow Merger of Crews

We would like to see the ability to merge crews together in sMART. If a user logs in with two different email addresses for the same company with the same crew information we would like to be able to see that data merged together if needed. Right now, you can lose the data if you delete it or have multiple crews with the same names display on the screen.
