System Alert For Large Call Failures
Can we have an alert created if a certain threshold is met for failed call attempts? If there are issues with the Outbound IVR it would be helpful if a notification could go out if a certain threshold is met with call failures like 25% or 50%. This could be beneficial if there is a large scale outage and calls can't be completed or if we are seeing a large amount of failures due to service providers on ARCOS or Employee side. If the IVR is not working for any reason, there isn't a way for customers to be alerted on their own and must rely on ARCOS to communicate outages even outside of business hours. This would allow companies to see errors as they occur and make adjustments or manual calls as needed.
