sMART - Training environment and capability
Customers would like the ability to Train users more effectively, rather than relying on the Production environment? Can there be a windows version or different app? or some other way to have a non-Production training ability?
This is a have to have kind of thing. We end up having to create and Event in PRODUCTION to train in the use of sMART, both the front end mobile piece and the back office platform piece. Even if we are wanting to test or show how a new function works like say ActiveLogIn to link sMART Active Crews to Crew Manager Crews it has to be done within PRODUCTION.
