Need an On-Call schedule exception

We utilize ARCOS to indicate which supervisor is On-Call on the schedule using the Standby exception and labeling them as "On-Call Supervisor". The issue is, the Supervisors that are on-call are in one town/area in ARCOS but they are covering multiple areas as the Supervisor On-Call. When an operator looks for the On-Call supervisor for an town/area, it isn't intuitive for them to have to search all the other areas to see where the supervisor is that is on call. 

What we could use is some visibility or ability to temporarily put someone on multiple locations so that they show up on the schedule for multiple areas. Or have a separate "On-Call" tab that shows who all the "On-Call" individuals are.
