Terminated/Hired report

A report that can pull all terminated employees or all new employees for a calendar year for a location.  A way to see attrition rates. Originally asked in OSCAR 44150.  Not sure of the need for filtering by month or type of status, but may want to keep those in mind also.

*** UPDATE 11/4/22   We have found a work around to obtain this data outside the system, however, it would still be nice to have a report available from RA.
