sMART - ETA Calculation Method

sMART uses a "As The Crow Flies" method to calculate ETA for users. This seems to be a little unrealistic considering employees and convoys will only be able to drive on roads and not in straight lines.

It would be really nice and more realistic for ETA was based on the routes set up via map navigation options or shortest routes.

Might also be good to offer the option to customers like we do with CTT functionality to choose their calculation method:

From https://qa.rostermonster.com/arcos/help/doc/ARCOS_Core.htm#t=Callout%2FCTT%2FCreate_a_Closest_to_Trouble_Callout.htm&rhsearch=ctt&rhhlterm=ctt&rhsyns=%20

Available Closest-to-Trouble Calculation Methods include

  1. Raw Distance: Also referred to as "As the crow files." This method orders employees in Closest-to-Trouble order based on their distance from the trouble but the distance is calculated as a straight line.
  2. Drive Distance: This method calculates the actual driving distance in miles from the employee to the trouble using Google Maps' suggested driving route for the employee's travel to the trouble location, based on current traffic information that is available to Google.
  3. Drive Time: This method calculates the employees driving time in minutes based on Google Maps' suggested driving route fro the employee's travel to the trouble location, based on current traffic information that is available to Google.

Update  -  Also, please make the ETA field reflective of the TIME of arrival, not a NUMBER, as it does today... I'm actually not sure what the number represents (I assume it's the NUMBER of hours until the crew arrives?).  Would like to see this field in a similar format as the "signal" field.  Thank you for considering.
