Add Filter Set History

The Crew Manager Activity report doesn't list the specific changes that are made to Filter Sets, only that a Filter Set was changed. When researching what change was made to a Filter to affect a perspective, it is very difficult to know what was changed. Instead of showing that a Filter Set was changed in the Activity Report, it would be more beneficial to know WHAT was changed in the Filter Set, by whom, and when.
