Ability to enter end date/time on Future / Scheduled Modification

We should have the capability to enter both the start time and the end time for Future / Scheduled Modifications. If we have someone filling someone's shift from a different location for a day, and he is also filling a shift at his home location, we could move him temporarily to the other location and at the end time of that shift, move him back to his home location to fill that shift.

This should work like the functionality of Grant Temporary Security Access (with a Start Date/Time field and a End Date/Time field).
