Add Ability to Select Outbound Calls and/or SMS Messages by Individual Users
Hydro One would like the ability to de-select Outbound Calls not only from the Callout as a whole (post https://feedback.arcos-inc.com/en/communities/1/topics/305-add-ability-to-only-de-select-outbound-calls-but-still-have-sms-emails-and-mobile-push-notifications) but also to disable Outbound calls for individual employee devices that have SMS enabled.
Use Case: If someone only wants to receive text messages and no outbound calls, another user wants to receive calls and text messages, and a third user wants to only get calls, they would be able to control that at the device level. A version of the SMS Only Callout Attribute but for Employee Devices.
