RosterApps - Moving employee users to other instances

Horizon asks: Would it be possible to come up with a better way to move employee users from one company within a given instance to another? Currently, if an employee user transfers to a different company (within the same instance), one must make a new account for them, and disable the old one (on the relevant company partitions). It would save a good deal of time if we could transfer to a new company.
