ARCOS Callout With Feedback to contact non-ARCOS users (utility customers)
A new feature or product that would leverage existing callout functionality with some modification to allow ARCOS to contact non-ARCOS users (utility customers) and allow them confirm or decline appointments. This would utilize two-way communication (calls and/or SMS) and would allow the customer to then respond with an accepted or declined status. This could streamline our dispatching workflow and reduce the number of crews sent to canceled appointments.
