Mobile Vacation Management with Supervisor Approval - Layout

Currently the order of the fields for vacation management exceptions on the mobile app has "Combined (V+P) Days/Hours" before the end date. It would flow better to have the "End Date" before the "Combined (V+P) Days/Hours".
