Vacation Mgmt on Mobile App - Disable Quick Duration based on Exception Type

For exceptions such as Personal Holiday or Vacation, the Start Date/End Date should determine the duration and not have an option of clicking on the "Quick Duration" hours. The duration should always be based on the start/end date and may not match the vacation mgmt hours/days. In this example, the employee chooses "Vacation - Do Not Call" for a Friday vacation day of 8 hours but has an end date of Monday morning when their normal schedule begins. The duration is 72 hours to cover the weekend that they are on "Vacation - Do Not Call" but are only taking 8 hours of vacation for the Friday scheduled work day.
