Singe Sign On Screen Issue

When a account is locked and single sign-on is in use, the screen only shows for about 2 seconds before it changes. This is causing employees to become frustrated and not be able to see why they aren't being logged in. Is it possible to make this screen stay on for a longer period of time so employees can see all the errors on the page and be able to report them as needed?
