Employee Summary – Qualification List

Description:

When viewing calendars as an Employee or Supervisor, we would like the option to display the applicable employee’s Qualifications that have been applied to their profile. This will create a better user experience as it will allow users quick access to view what Qualifications an employee has in addition to their skills.

Current behavior:

Does not exist.

Current functionality displays the applicable employee's skills within the employee summary beneath their calendar: “Employee Skills”. This is for when acting as an Employee or Supervisor viewing an employee's calendar.

Expected behavior:

Like the “Employee Skills” beneath the applicable employee’s calendar, there will be an additional section titled “Employee Qualifications”. This will then display the Qualifications that have been applied to the employee’s profile for quick access.

Thanks for this suggestion.  We have this enhancement request to our Product backlog (RAPD-12312) and will let you know when it is planned for a release.

Hi Kevin,

Upon further looking, this is already an available feature that can be enabled by a Location Admin under Settings -> Edit Calendar Settings:

This setting applies to both the Employee and Supervisor calendar.
