Move the selection checkboxes to left of the Group, Crew, Member names

Instead of having to scroll right to check any selection checkbox at the Group, Crew and Member levels in the Crew Panel, provide the ability to select the justification of the checkbox's location (i.e. move to the left, by the names of each Group, Crew and Member). Additionally this could be applied to the Resource and Hotel panels.
