Resource Assist Response Portal - Ability to Sort Crews by name and remove old crews

Good Morning we use resource assist during blue sky days and as a result we keep our requests open for extended periods of time.

However this causes some issues with our contract resources, from the response portal they are unable to sort crews for example alphabetically or by number of crew members.

In addition they are unable to remove crews that are no longer in use. this means every few months we need to open a new request and they need to move the crews over to the new request so they can get out from under the weight of all those old unused crews.

This is a good idea and should help contract resources to update crew lists. I think this should be functional to contract resources on a monthly basis as this would stream line processes for both.

I am trying to dig a bit deeper into this to make sure I am getting all the details.  This is on the Allocations page when you hit the "Add Crew" button and inside of the pop-up there is no sorting ability on any of the columns. 

So adding some capability to sort or even search would be helpful?

Also, I know this may not work for you in all cases, but when you click the blue CREWS on an assigned crew you have the ability to swap a similar crew effectively reusing that crew.  This may help with the removal issue. 

Please let me know your thought on if the first item would be useful.

Yes in regards the allocations page, some sort or search/filter options would be helpful, currently we are recommending users use the built in browser "Find" functionality to help locate crews and personnel to allocate.

In regards to the Crew Swap Crew Reuse is a good idea, but it doesn't work when the crew has become broken or damaged and no longer synchronizes with Crew Manager

lets set something up for the end of next week so i can build out some scenarios for you and validate the repeatability
