Resource Assist Response Portal - Ability to Sort Crews by name and remove old crews
Good Morning we use resource assist during blue sky days and as a result we keep our requests open for extended periods of time.
However this causes some issues with our contract resources, from the response portal they are unable to sort crews for example alphabetically or by number of crew members.
In addition they are unable to remove crews that are no longer in use. this means every few months we need to open a new request and they need to move the crews over to the new request so they can get out from under the weight of all those old unused crews.
This is a good idea and should help contract resources to update crew lists. I think this should be functional to contract resources on a monthly basis as this would stream line processes for both.
