Crew Manager configurable security for editing crews

We would like the options in Sys Admin to configure the number of crews that can be edited in a single action.  If the user has over 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500 crews selected (configurable in sys admin) the user should get a pop-up letting them know they can only edit x number of crews at a time.

Another possibility for this would be a configurable 'chicken button' pop-up.  If the user  has over 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500 crews selected (configurable in sys admin) the user should get a pop-up asking them if they are SURE they want to edit x number of crews.  Clicking 'OK' would commit the action on the crews.
