Add "Booked By" to the Lodging Summary Report

Include "Booked By" (resource name) in the Lodging Summary Report.  If multiple resources Book rooms at the same hotel provide the individual resource names with the Room Types they booked.  Optional method:  If multiple resources Book rooms at the same hotel provide the individual resource names with the total Room Types booked.
