Geofence for notes (or hazards) that automatically pop up on your screen

Geofence for notes (or hazards) that automatically pop up on your screen. This would work similar to how alert work in Waze. If a field worker is driving down a road where these is a hazard it could automatically pop up on their screen when they are within X feet.
