Historical perspective on an item for a mobile user

It could be helpful to be able to get a history of an asset for historical perspective. If there were 5 outages in a year on a pole, but all of those were cleared and moved on, it would be nice to be able to see that outage history when a field tech rolls up on the pole. There could be a systemic issue causing the short term problems.
