I would like to use the Schedule Record Detail to run an on call list each week. This list is created manually by me currently and is sent to others that do not have access to the ARCOS software. At this time I am creating an on call sheet each week in Excel manually and also entering the same information into the ARCOS software. I would like to just use the ARCOS reporting to replace my spreadsheet. It would be great if a phone number field was available in the Schedule Record Detail for phones 1 & 2.
As the employee's are able to update their numbers via the mobile app or IB VRU - the system knows the phone numbers better than the admin at times, also with the ability to add a temporary number the system may be the only place this is tracked.
