Multi select for Alerts by Roster

Under Sys Admin > Alerts > Roster by Alerts  - Be able to select multiple rosters to add employees for notifications to in a single action. 

This is to reduce the number of times you have to select and add employees when you have multiple rosters that need to have the same person receive notifications.
