When a location selection is made on a Location dropdown on Employee modify pages show the location popup for confirmation

On the employee modify pages when a selection is made on the Location dropdown

Show the Loc selector modal to allow confirmation of the correct location in the hierarchy

For large organizations with similar level 4 location names, this will add a simple review step to help prevent employees from ending up in the wrong place 

Also including the Future / Schedule Modification Location selector
