Lock employee side box when scrolling page

Viewing - Acting as Supervisor: Employees. When viewing the calendar of an employee's schedule sometimes we need to scroll down to see the last couple of weeks at the bottom of their calendar. When we do this, the employee list left to the calendar will often scroll partially out of view. This can be very annoying when we're editing multiple schedules near the end of the month. If possible it would be awesome if the employee list could be locked in place, so when we scroll the rest of the page it never disappears out of view.
