Ability to store documents in Mobile

From Connexus at 2022 ARCOS Conference.    

Would like to store documentation on the ARCOS Workbench App (or the ARCOS Mobile app?) that is standard or unrelated to a specific job.  like a lineman's spec book (400pg PDF).  This would make ARCOS more of a one-stop shop vs. going to OMS.
