Dependability based on Years of Service

I propose a setting be included in the dependability action rules to apply to employees based on years of service parameters; I'm thinking something similar to the accrual calculators upper/lower bound YoS.

Our company has additional actions for new hires within their probationary period such as an earlier warning and a termination at a lower point total. 

Not only is it difficult to keep up with manually, we run the risk of employees being assigned the incorrect rule set if we have to create separate ones for new hires. We also risk changes to policies which require us to create a new rule set to preserve historical data. We would then have to depend on admins to update to the correct rule set.
