When using Day Offset and Shift Templates, the ability to split the shift template and have the two remaining shifts also be shift templates

When using Day Offset and Shift Templates, the ability to split the shift template and have the two remaining shifts also be shift templates taking on the original shift templates day offset traits.  Currently when a shift template with the Day Offset is split the split shifts are created as shifts not shift templates.
