Crew Template Wildcard Options

It would be very nice to have a list of all wildcard options that are available to use via the Callout Crew Template Setup. There is information on wildcards for Alerts which looks to be out dated, but these are not the same as Crew Templates nor do all of them work with Crew Templates. For example, $callout_L4$ is a wildcard in Crew Templates, but not in Alerts. While $ticket$ is a wildcard in Alerts, but does not work in templates to auto populate information.

We need lists of both of these so we can better understand where and when they can be utilized in the ARCOS environment.
