Security Options for Device Editing

We would like to see the options for Editing Devices expanded. For example, being able to give resources the ability to mark a device On Duty without giving them the ability to change a primary number or call sequence. Having more granular options in Security Access would help us provide more accurate access to our resources. Below is our current setting which allows all or nothing for Device editing:
