Filter Option for Bid Packages beyond "Hide Past Bid Packages"

It has been requested from the business to have filter options for Bid Packages.

Currently we can only "Hide Past Bid Packages" or not hide anything. The list of bid packages are sorted by work group and then in sequential order.

We would like these filter options to include but not be limited to:

This would be applicable to both Bid Package types: Standard and Relief.

Possible logic similar to the Employee Tab as a Location Admin. See Below.
